You have to book for the Erhai view rooms it were fantastic. The room were well designed, renovated and come with a balcony. It is right beside Erhai with great views and fresh air. It were close by the main train station as well which is ~20 min drive. The neighborhood were relaxing and great for a walk nearby. Hotel staff are well trained and friendly. The mini bar were free and refilled daily. If you are IHG member there is a complimentary drink at hotel bar (didn’t get to enjoy as waited a bit long and we had appointment afterwards, but the view at the bar is great).

Our stay was delightful, with a splendid view, although it was regrettable that we were placed in a smoke-infested room (627) on our first day. Nonetheless, the manager on duty that night promptly addressed our concern and relocated us to a non-smoking room. He even arranged for an additional bed for my child and assisted with our luggage transfer at 2 am. Despite this hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was simply delightful. I also like that the staff helped us with our luggage upon reaching the hotel with our transport.

Excellent. Well worth paying a bit more for the lake view. Everything that we expected of a 5 star hotel and nice touches like a Dyson hairdryer. We had amazing New Year’s Eve fireworks display outside our window and it was a treat!

Great location, just 10mins drive from train station and 20mins to airport, a good place if you do transfer / short stay in Dali, because it is a bit far from all the sightseeing place except Erhai Lake. My room is well equipted and has beautiful lake view, which is quite beautiful. Staff is friendly.

The room is really comfortable, cosy and spacious. Having a bathtub is a big plus. Gym was excellent.

The location was excellent. The hotel is located right next to Erhai and is walking distance to many awesome restaurants. I forgot my glasses at the hotel and the staff worked tirelessly to ship my glasses to where I stayed after leaving Dali.

The view is superb and the price of this hotel is reasonable with such stunning view from room 👍🏻Perfect hotel to watch sunrise at Dali in the morning 🌅

Breakfast includes an impressive array of offerings including meats, pastries, porridge, fresh fruits, and cereals; fitness center is well maintained and offers an impressive view of Lake Erhai; facilities were always clean; room was spacious; room service was excellent; WiFi was reliable for work

The location is not near to the old town, it takes around 15 mins by taxi to it. However its view of this hotel is fantastic, I really enjoyed the sunset view from my balcony.

The staff were very helpful, especially the front desk. Room was clean with a beautiful view. Overall we had a very nice experience.
